One Night, Three Honors: Scannell Properties Wins Prestigious Awards in Three States
Scannell Properties celebrated a trifecta on April 20, as the company earned industry awards from organizations in Georgia, Minnesota and Indiana all on the same night.
- Atlanta, GA: At the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards, Scannell Properties took home the Best in Industrial Award for the Gardner Logistics Park in Locust Grove, GA. Over six years in the making, the project includes six buildings over three phases, totaling over 4,000,000 SF and thousands of new jobs. Tenants include Home Depot, Radial, Ryder Logistics and Love’s Travel Stops.
- Indianapolis, IN: At the NAIOP Indiana Chapter annual meeting, Scannell Properties won the Industrial Transaction of the Year award for the Brownsburg Logistics Center. Phase one of the logistics and distribution center development includes four buildings totaling 1.4 million SF. Phase two includes an additional four buildings totaling 2.2 million SF.
- Minneapolis, MN: At the Minnesota Real Estate Journal’s 2023 Real Estate Awards, in the Industrial Northeast category, Scannell Properties won for the Gateway Interstate, a 250,000 SF office and warehouse development in Arden Hills. Located at the northeast corner of I-35W and I-694, the property offers visibility to nearly 200,000 vehicles daily.
