Scannell Gets City Nod distribution facility on Site of Abandoned Armory Property
(DETROIT, MICHIGAN) Oak Park City Council, has given Scannell Properties approval to build a 350,000 distribution center on the site of an abandoned 100-acre Armory site.
The project is expected to create 400 jobs over the next decade.
