Scannell Properties announce new Head of Design & Construction in Germany
Scannell Properties is further expanding its German team with the appointment of Dominik Müller as Head of Design & Construction, Germany, effective from June 1st. With over ten years’ experience in national and international project development, Müller joins from EQT Real Estate where he most recently served as Director of Development & Construction with a focus on big-box warehousing across Europe.
At Scannell Properties, in addition to leading the project management & construction team, Müller will also be responsible for all pre-construction work. This includes coordination with key project stakeholders to define requirements, feasibility and land-use studies, and managing all aspects of the planning application processes. He will also support the design process to strategically advance the technical specifications and sustainability strategies for properties.
With his comprehensive experience developing flexible as well as customized commercial properties and his in-depth knowledge of the German and international markets, Müller’s appointment will be instrumental in supporting Scannell Properties’ growth trajectory.
