Scannell Properties appoints Costantino Pagnotta as Development Manager, Italy
Real estate development and investment company Scannell Properties is set to intensify its growth plans in Italy with the appointment of Costantino Pagnotta. Pagnotta joins the company this week and will take on the position of Development Manager, Italy.
In his new role, Pagnotta will join the existing development team and have specific responsibility for developing large-scale, build-to-suit and speculative logistics projects across Italy. He will manage all phases of the process from inception to completion.
Pagnotta brings over 20 years’ experience in real estate development, most recently as Head of Logistics and Project Director at Artelia leading the Project Management Team dedicated to delivering logistics projects in Italy. Commenting on Pagnotta’s appointment, Nick Deeks, Managing Director, Scannell International, said:
