Scannell Properties, the real estate investor and developer which specialises in large-scale industrial and logistics projects, continues to develop its offer in Europe with the appointment of Fabrice Cervoni as Managing Director, France.

Cervoni, one of France’s leading experts in development and investment for the industrial, logistics and e-commerce sectors, joins to accelerate the growth of the business and position it as a market leader in logistics development in France.

The development strategy which Cervoni will pursue across the country, will concentrate on speculative and build-to-suit projects with a focus on XXL warehousing, infill logistics and parcel distribution facilities.

Cervoni has over 20 years’ experience in real estate, most recently at GLP where he held the role of Managing Director Southern Europe (France, Spain, Italy) for seven years. Prior to this he spent five years at Goodman as Capital Transactions Director for Continental Europe.
