Scannell Properties, the specialist real estate developer and investor, has appointed Marian Schulz as Development Manager, based in Paris. In this strategic role, he will be responsible for leading both build-to-suit and speculative development projects across France.
With over 20 years’ experience in logistics real estate, Marian will oversee all phases of project execution: from land acquisition, design, technical and contractual monitoring through to final delivery. He will ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines and environmental performance, serving Scannell Properties’ clients and partners.
A Recognized Expert in Logistics Development
Trained as an architect, Marian began his career in 2003, quickly specializing in industrial, office, and logistics projects. He has worked with Franc Architectes, the ALSEI Group, PROLOGIS, BARJANE, and most recently with ALSEI ENTREPRISE as Program Director. During his time at ALSEI ENTREPRISE he led several large-scale projects and was responsible for coordinating administrative approvals, project and construction management, particularly for ICPE logistics platforms.
His deep knowledge of the French market, regulatory challenges, and technical requirements will support Scannell Properties’ growth ambitions in France particularly in the build-to-suit market.

Fort de plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans l’immobilier logistique, Marian Schulz interviendra sur toutes les phases de réalisation des projets : sécurisation foncière, conception, suivi technique et contractuel, jusqu’à la livraison finale. Il veillera au respect des engagements de qualité, de délais et de performance environnementale, au service des clients et partenaires de Scannell Properties.
Un expert reconnu du développement logistique
Architecte de formation, Marian Schulz débute sa carrière en 2003, se spécialisant rapidement dans les projets industriels, tertiaires et logistiques. Il exerce notamment chez Franc Architectes, le groupe ALSEI, PROLOGIS, BARJANE, et plus récemment chez ALSEI ENTREPRISE en tant que Directeur de Programmes. Il y a dirigé plusieurs opérations d’envergure, coordonnant autorisations administratives, maîtrise d’œuvre et pilotage de chantier, notamment pour des plateformes logistiques ICPE.
Sa connaissance approfondie du marché français, des enjeux réglementaires et des exigences techniques font de lui un profil essentiel pour accompagner l’ambition de croissance de Scannell Properties en France.
