Scannell Properties, the industrial and logistics investment and development specialist, announces the appointment of Apolline Coly as General Counsel, effective September 1, 2025.
With over ten years of experience in real estate law, Apolline Coly has built strong expertise in complex operations involving development, promotion, acquisition, and asset management in France and internationally. She previously worked at leading law firms including Clifford Chance (Paris and Amsterdam) and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
In her new role at Scannell Properties France, she will oversee all legal aspects of logistics and parcel delivery projects, with a particular focus on securing land transactions and real estate developments, obtaining administrative authorizations, negotiating with stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the legal governance of the company’s French entities.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016 after graduating from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris-Dauphine, Apolline Coly also holds the International Certificate in Corporate Finance (HEC, 2023).

Paris le 8 septembre 2025 – Le développeur et investisseur immobilier Scannell Properties annonce l’arrivée d’Apolline Coly au poste de directrice juridique, à compter du 1er septembre 2025.
Forte de plus de dix ans d’expérience en droit immobilier, Apolline Coly a développé une expertise reconnue dans les opérations complexes de promotion, de développement, d’acquisition et de gestion d’actifs immobiliers en France et à l’international. Elle a exercé au sein de cabinets de renom tels que Clifford Chance (Paris et Amsterdam) et Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
Dans le cadre de ses nouvelles fonctions chez Scannell Properties France, elle pilotera l’ensemble des aspects juridiques liés au développement de projets logistiques et messageries, avec une attention particulière portée à la sécurisation des opérations foncières et des projets de construction immobilières, à l’obtention des autorisations administratives, aux négociations avec les différentes parties prenantes, à la conformité réglementaire et à la gestion de la gouvernance juridique des entités françaises.
Inscrite au barreau de Paris depuis 2016 après avoir été diplômée des Universités Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne et Paris-Dauphine, Apolline Coly est également titulaire du Certificat International en Finance d’Entreprise (HEC, 2023).
