Scannell Properties, an American real estate development and investment company specialising in large-scale industrial and logistics projects, confirms the appointment of Kelly Ladeira in the role of Capital Deployment Associate - Europe and the UK.

Kelly joins the company from AEW and will support key decision making on the company’s pan-European capital investment strategy. In her new role Kelly will have responsibilities for the underwriting, acquisition, financing and disposal of speculative and build-to-suit asset development opportunities.

After starting her career at retail REIT Klepierre, Kelly joined AEW in 2017 and most recently held the position of Associate - Asset Manager Logistics.  Kelly holds a master’s degree in management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Master’s degree in Law from Université Pierre Mendès-France.
