Scannell Properties in Germany is growing: The logistics real estate developer welcomes Gazmend Misimi as a new Project & Construction Manager for Germany starting in September 2021.

Based in Düsseldorf, Gazmend Misimi will join Scannell’s existing German Project & Construction team and will take on the delivery of a number of new speculative and build-to-suit logistic building projects. With Gazmend Misimi’s recruitment, the privately-owned real estate company is further expanding the extensive practical experience of its German team.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Gazmend Misimi brings the perfect qualifications to Scannell Properties. After completing his studies in architecture, he began his career in project management working for general contractor ISG. In the years that followed, he worked on major projects for various companies including Drees & Sommer. Most recently, Misimi spent over three years as a Senior Project Manager at international real estate consultancy Turner & Townsend, where he was in charge of innovation and new-build projects in the areas of logistics and electric vehicle charging.
