Project overview
- Situated on a well-serviced industrial zone within the Rome ring road (GRA), just 10 km from Rome city centre, and 4 km from the A24 Motorway. The site benefits from 3.5 million inhabitants in a 45- minute radius.
- The location of the building allows Stellantis &You to make rapid deliveries of spare parts several times a day directly to customers, authorized and non-authorised workshops in the Rome area.
- The fit-out of the 10,102 m² warehouse was complex due to the provision for dedicated lithium-ION battery storage areas, which require high levels of fire protection and bespoke cooling and heating systems. The building also benefits from modern office, social areas and dedicated staff training facilities.
Sustainability in action
- The warehouse has been awarded BREEAM Very Good certification for features including PV roofing (117 KWp) heat pumps, LED lighting with motion sensors, twilight sensors and a building management system to ensure optimal energy performance.
- The property also benefits from very high charging capacity for electrical vehicles – with the provision for 2 MVA and 200 charging points allowing the tenant to run an extensive green-delivery fleet.
