Minimise Construction Impact
Wherever possible we look to redevelop on brownfield land and retrofit existing buildings; recycling materials from site and finding materials with lower carbon impact.
Protect Local Biodiversity
At the beginning of any project we work with local experts to understand what measures should be put in place to protect surrounding flora and fauna.
We also seek out national and local initiatives to extend our work beyond the regulatory requirement, for example we have adopted the BiodiverCity label in France.
Design Sustainable Buildings
To minimise the use of energy and water, we implement a range of solutions from Building Management Systems to Photovoltaic roofing.
To create buildings fit for the future we design flexible spaces that can be repurposed for different tenants.

examples of our latest projects and their sustainable features
Circular Construction at a brownfield site, Barcelona, Spain
A perfect example of brownfield regeneration in the highly-saturated Barcelona market. Recycle and reuse principles were followed with 100% of the existing soil on the site mixed with the crushed basement of the previous building to form the earthworks for the new platform.
Minimising CO2 emissions, Bavaria, Germany
The innovative wood-chip heating system installed at our buildings in Kitzingen offers an efficient, resilient and green energy supply. The system emits only 13.5% of the CO2 emissions of comparable oil heating and also filters out harmful substances before release into the air.
Supporting local biodiversity, Milan, Italy
Winner of “Innovation in the field of Environmental Sustainability and Real Estate” at “IL LOGISTICO DELL’ANNO 2023”. To support local flora and fauna at this site, we planted 1,000 trees and created 7 hectares of green space.
