Based in Scannell Properties’ Milan office, Alberto Franzolin manages the construction of the company’s major Italian logistics projects, in line with the continued growth plan in Italy. Specifically, Alberto oversees all the activities of Project Construction Management, Site Management, Safety Management, in addition to acting as a key advisor for technical and contractual aspects for clients.
Alberto graduated in Architecture from the University of Venice and holds a master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Verona. He has collaborated with significant international developers and General Contractors acting in Italy, for whom he managed major projects.
