Amaury Gariel is Scannell Properties’ Managing Director, Europe. Appointed in 2018 and based in Paris, Amaury oversees all aspects of the company’s client service and operations in Europe. He focuses on six key territories: France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the U.K. Amaury has responsibility for implementing the growth strategy and acquiring and developing land with the capacity to accommodate advanced logistics buildings in key locations: transport, operations and labour markets. Prior to his appointment at Scannell Properties Amaury spent 23 years at CBRE and from 2012 held the role of Managing Director, EMEA Industrial & Logistics Services. His experience included directing the business line comprising of more than 350 people located in 27 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
