Managing and intensifying relationships with tenants seeking to improve their supply chains is a priority, particularly e-commerce customers, operators or traditional manufacturers.
Marquez de la Plata brings to the team more than six years of experience in the real estate sector. In recent years, he has worked as a senior consultant in the industrial department of Savills Aguirre Newman, where he was dedicated to the acquisition and management of assets in Spain. He has also been part of commercial and marketing teams in other companies, such as Aire Limpio 2000 and Ambisalud.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Francisco de Vitoria University, and also has two Masters Degrees, one in Management Strategy and the other in Real Estate Consulting.
