As Head of Design & Construction in Germany, Dominik leads the project management & construction team and is responsible for all preconstruction work. This includes coordination with key project stakeholders to define requirements, feasibility and land-use studies, and managing all aspects of the planning application processes. He will also support the design process to strategically advance the technical specifications and sustainability strategies for properties.
Dominik has over ten years’ experience in national and international project development, with a focus on big-box warehousing across Europe.
