Fabian Stratmann

Fabian oversees and manages the construction of build-to-suit and speculative projects in Germany. Fabian has specific responsibility for Project Construction Management, Site Management, Safety Management and will be key advisors for technical and contractual aspects for clients.

Fabian has a degree in Construction-Project management from Edinburgh Napier University and also from Hochschule Karlsruhe. Prior to his appointment at Scannell Properties, Fabian worked for a number of General Building Contractors including Goldbeck and most recently held the role of Project Manager Civils for Energy from Waste, Main Contractor Standardkessel Baumgarte.
