Francesco is Vice Direttore Generale for Italy and is responsible for working with clients, municipalities, and investors to address the rapidly growing demand for logistics space across major Italian cities. His role includes identifying and securing land in strategic locations suitable for the development of high-specification logistics facilities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Logistics and Finance from Bayes Business School. Francesco brings over 10 years of real estate experience, having previously served as Head of Logistics Advisory & Transaction Services at CBRE Italy before joining Scannell. Since the launch of Scannell’s operations in Italy, Francesco has played a key role in the company’s success, contributing to the acquisition of more than 1,000,000 square meters of land across multiple cities and regions.
