Geoffrey Pizzanelli oversees the acquisition and disposal strategy across Europe and the UK. In his role, Geoffrey sources investment opportunities, monitors the regional underwriting and defines and lead disposal strategy. He is also responsible for setting bank and capital financing with the objective to develop long term relationships with capital partners.
Geoffrey has over 11 years’ experience in Pan-European Asset and Investment Management; prior to joining Scannell Properties – he spent eight years within AEW. Geoffrey has both a Bachelor and Master Degree in Accounting and Finance from The Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Paris. In 2008 he obtained an MBA from St John’s University, New York. He also holds a Bachelor degree from California International Business University, San Diego.
