As Development Manager, Marian is responsible for leading both build-to-suit and speculative development projects across France. He oversees all phases of project execution: from land acquisition, design, technical and contractual monitoring through to final delivery. He also ensures our French projects comply with client timelines, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
Marian, a trained architect, has over 20 years’ experience in logistics real estate. He began his career in 2003, quickly specializing in industrial, office, and logistics projects and working for a number of architects and developers including Franc Architectes, the ALSEI Group, PROLOGIS and BARJANE. He has extensive project management and construction management experience, having led many large-scale developments with a particular focus on ICPE logistics platforms.
