Nicolás Quintin

Nicolás joined Scannell Properties in 2022 as Development Manager in Spain, where he has led important projects in the Catalan market, such as Logistic Park Montornés and Logistic Park Constantí. With a bachelors degree in Architecture from the Universidad Nacional del Mar de Plata (Argentina), he has extensive experience in the logistics real estate sector, having focused on aspects such as construction, design and project management for several companies.
Prior to joining Scannell, he worked in senior management at a number of engineering firms, most notably, Inel, Arditécnica or Drees & Sommer España. His professional experience is complemented by a number of postgraduate qualifications including an MBA from Ramon LLul University in Barcelona and a master’s degree in Project and Construction Management from La Salle, Barcelona.
