Nicolas is Financial Controller at Scannell Properties France, where he oversees budget monitoring, reporting, and financial processes in collaboration with the European finance team.
He holds a Master’s degree in Global Management from KEDGE Business School, complemented by international studies at the University of Hull (UK) and INHA University (South Korea), as well as professional experiences in Argentina and Spain.
Before joining Scannell, Nicolas worked at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for nearly six years, where he advanced to Financial Control Manager, following an initial role as International Financial Controller at ALTEN. His expertise lies in financial planning, process optimization, and international project support.
