Simon oversees and manages the development of build-to-suit and speculative projects in the UK. Simon has specific responsibility for Project Development, Planning Approval, Pre-Construction Management and Procurement. He will also be a key advisor for technical and contractual aspects for clients.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in sectors ranging from Infrastructure, Logistics, Retail and Office. Simon most recently worked for for some of the UK’s best-known retailers and has experience in large scale logistics developments from planning, to design management, procurement and implementation.
