  • Located just five kilometres from Valencia airport, 16 km from the city centre and 24 km from the port of Valencia, the warehouse provides fast access to both the A-3 and A-7 motorways
  • Fully let to Dachser in 2024 the building will allow the logistics operator to optimise distribution operations across the Mediterranean region.
  • The 26,065 sq m plot comprises the19,284 sq m warehouse with 18 loading bays, ancillary office space, annex buildings and a large HGV manoeuvring area.

  • The warehouse is targeting a BREEAM Very Good certificate due to energy efficient features including a Building Management System (BMS) and LED lighting

”With the addition of this new logistics platform to our network, we are taking another step forward in the optimisation of our operations in the Valencia Region.
