Scannell Properties promotes Ivan Poletti to Head of Construction, Italy
Scannell Properties, the private real estate investment and development company specializing in large-scale industrial and logistics projects, has promoted Ivan Poletti to Head of Construction, Italy.
Poletti, who has over 20 years' experience in Italian real estate, joined Scannell properties in 2019 shortly after Italian operation was launched. He has been instrumental in driving the growth of the business including the successful completion of ten projects, totaling 170,000 m², during that time.
As Head of Construction, Italy, Ivan will lead a team with a focus to drive further innovation and excellence in Scannell's Italian operation as the business continues to expand its footprint in Italy. More specifically his remit will be to enhance the pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring every project aligns with Scannell's commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation.
