Scannell Properties promotes Patrick Marcotte to Managing Director
Scannell Properties, an international commercial real estate developer, has promoted Patrick Marcotte to managing director, heading up development operations in targeted markets nationwide including Salt Lake City, UT; Reno, NV; Columbus and Dayton, OH; and
Charleston, SC.
Patrick has with Scannell Properties since 2015, most recently as a director of development, where he focused on growing the speculative and build-to-suit development pipeline throughout the United States. Prior to his work with Scannell Properties, Patrick was a regional director for MetLife. He also has worked in business development and management for several Fortune 500 companies.
